📅 Schedule WhatsApp Messages
You can schedule WhatsApp messages to contacts, groups, or channels. For more details, see the Message Scheduler feature.
🚀 Launch WhatsApp Campaigns
With campaigns, you can create a single message or template and send it to multiple contacts, groups, or channels.
Templates can include variables such as {firstName} to personalize messages.
You can send campaigns to as many contacts as you like.
On the free plan, messages will include “powered by Blueticks” at the end. To remove this branding, upgrade to the Standard or Pro Plan.
Important Note: If you launch campaigns to people who don’t know you, it may be considered spam. Those recipients can report your messages as spam on WhatsApp. If too many people report you, your account could be blocked. Use campaigns wisely and responsibly.
🤖 Build WhatsApp Bots and Agents
WhatsApp Bot: Create workflows that trigger actions when specific events happen (e.g., if a message is received, perform the next step in the workflow).
WhatsApp Agent: More flexible than bots. Instead of fixed workflows, the agent connects to an LLM (Large Language Model) with tools. For example, you can connect a knowledge base, and the agent will respond to clients on WhatsApp using that knowledge. You can also integrate additional tools like email sending, APIs, and more.

With Blueticks, you can also manage tasks both inside and outside WhatsApp. This is a free, built-in tool to help you stay organized.
💡 Important to Know
Scheduled Messages, Campaigns, and Bots can all continue to work even if your computer is turned off. To enable this, you must deploy the Remote Engine (it’s simple, don’t worry). The Remote Engine is available only in the Pro Plan.
